Village Hall Hire Charges
Thundridge Village Hall is available for day-time and evening hires for children's parties, dance classes, wedding receptions, indoor sports activities, jumble sales, amateur dramatics, business meetings and many other social activities.
There is small car park to the side of the hall from which there is wheelchair access.
Catering facilities: kitchen and bar or annex.
Contact the booking secretary on to ask about the availability of the hall.
Local booking rates apply to those who live in the parish and may be given to charities at the discretion of the committee.
Discounted local booking rates (those living within the parishes)
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 10.00pm £32 for up to 4 hours. (Additional hours: £8 per hour)
Weekends and Bank Holidays (4 hours min)
Daytime 9.00am to 6.00pm £44 (additional hours £11 per hour)
Saturday evening 6.00pm to 11.00pm £125
Sunday evening 6.00pm to 10.00pm £100
Normal and commercial booking rates
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm £32 for up to 2 hours. Additional hours: £16 per hour
Monday to Friday 5.00pm to 10.00pm £64 for up to 4 hours. Additional hours: £16 per hour
Weekends and Bank Holidays (4 hours min)
Daytime 9.00am to 6.00pm £88 (additional hours: £22 per hour)
Saturday evening 6.00pm to 11.00pm £150
Sunday evening 6.00pm to 10.00pm £120
Refundable deposit for evening hires: £200
Refundable deposit for all other hires: £100
Please note the hall is usually closed in August for refurbishment and maintenance.
